By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements.

To access certain features (such as listing homes or promoting services), you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

4. Listings & User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including home listings, park details, images, descriptions, and contact information.
By submitting content, you grant Rolling Residence a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content on the Platform and affiliated channels.
You may not post:

Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates applicable laws
5. Vendor Directory & Services
Service providers (installers, transporters, lenders, etc.) may list their offerings on the Platform. Rolling Residence does not endorse or guarantee any vendor, nor are we responsible for outcomes of services booked through third-party listings.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any provider.
6. Crypto & Alternative Payments
Rolling Residence may allow certain users to list homes or services as “crypto-accepted.” Users choosing to transact with cryptocurrency do so at their own risk. We do not offer escrow, wallet services, or transaction guarantees.
All users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the use of cryptocurrency.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and functionality on the Platform (excluding user-submitted content) is owned or licensed by Rolling Residence and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Use the Platform for spam, scams, or phishing

Reverse engineer or scrape data

List stolen, unsafe, or unowned property

Use bots or automated tools without authorization
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rolling Residence is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy of listings, or outcomes of transactions. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rolling Residence is not liable for damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including lost profits, property disputes, or service errors. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rolling Residence, its affiliates, and team members from claims, losses, or liabilities related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms without notice.
